Since 2017, the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) has partnered with the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs) in the Young Leaders Programme to nurture young talents with creativity and skills in problem-solving, communication, teamwork and project management. Students are encouraged to understand the URA's preservation and revitalisation projects, as well as the surrounding communities by using geospatial data and Geographic Information System (GIS).
